Increased sanitation and hygiene coverage by up-scaling of sanitation and hygiene programme in surkhet District and improved service delivery through developing capacity of CBQs and local bodies and effective implementation of hygiene and sanitation programme as per the District Sanitation Strategy/ Action Plan and the government policy.
